Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These terms apply when you interact with a beauty, aesthetics, or wellness business through GlowOps — the messaging and booking platform operated by the CodeBlue team — over chat apps such as LINE, Facebook Messenger, Viber, or TikTok, on the business's web portal, and when business staff use the GlowOps dashboard.

The service

GlowOps relays messages between you and the business, answers booking-related questions with an automated assistant, and manages bookings, reminders, and aftercare follow-ups on the business's behalf. The business — not GlowOps — provides the actual treatments and services you book.

Bookings

A booking made through GlowOps is a request to the business and becomes final when the business confirms it. Prices, availability, deposits, cancellation rules, and payment terms are set by each business. Automated replies are informational and limited to the booking domain — they are not medical advice; consult the business's professionals for treatment questions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, to impersonate others, or to disrupt the platform. Businesses and their staff must keep their account credentials confidential and use customer data only to serve their customers.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CodeBlue is not liable for the acts or omissions of businesses, for chat-platform outages, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
